I whent to the spots docter for my knee i am not aloud to run.
My but-leg mussleis week so i am in pt for that. Um hpefuly i will be able to run some time in late june maybe not till july. It kills cux it is rubbing on the place where it sits. So hope fully i can walk up stars wit out runnig up them.
